Final Balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival date.

Refundable Security Deposit of £200/$400 due with final payment this will be refunded to you within 14 Days of your departure date and after our Management Co. has inspected and the villa has been cleaned

Changeover day

Normal check-in Time is 4pm, Normal Check Out Time is 10am, If you need an extension on these times they must be requested at time of booking. We will accomodate your request if at all possible
